Terms and Conditions

Indo Continental Maritime Training Centre, Baku, Azerbaijan

These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, training, and participation of students at Indo Continental Maritime Training Centre (ICMTC), located in Baku, Azerbaijan. By registering for any course, the candidate agrees to comply with the following terms:

1. Admission and Eligibility:
All applicants must provide accurate personal, educational, and medical information at the time of admission. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on eligibility criteria and document verification.

2. Course Fees and Payment:
Students must pay the prescribed course fees within the specified time. Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by the management. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension from training.

3. Attendance and Discipline:
Trainees must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% to qualify for certification. Punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct are strictly required. Any misconduct, including violation of safety rules, may result in termination without refund.

4. Training and Certification:
ICMTC provides maritime training in accordance with international standards. However, certification is subject to successful completion of the course, assessments, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The institute is not responsible for external certification authority decisions.

5. Medical Fitness:
All students must be medically fit as per maritime standards. The institute is not liable for any health issues arising during training. Candidates are advised to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.

6. Liability and Safety:
While all necessary safety measures are implemented, ICMTC shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during training or on campus.

7. Accommodation and Conduct:
Students using institute-arranged accommodation must follow hostel rules. Any damage to property will be charged to the student. Misbehavior may lead to expulsion.

8. Placement Assistance:
The institute may provide placement guidance; however, it does not guarantee job placement. Employment opportunities depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

9. Amendments:
ICMTC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be applicable immediately.

10. Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Baku.
